Cherry-Singh Attorneys Inc. was established in 2013 and has a Level 1 B-BEEE certification.
We are a female, black owned firm which works to empower and uplift other black women in the legal field. The team, led by Lynette Cherry-Singh, is committed to providing our clients – businesses, families and private individuals – with outstanding legal advice and practical solutions that help you to achieve your goals.

Our Team
Lynette Cherry-Singh
Lynette served as a Senior Associate in the Real Estate Practice at Webber Wentzel, before which, she served as the resident conveyancer at Daly Maqubela Oliphant Inc.
She was also a formidable litigation attorney at Moodie and Robertson Attorneys after being admitted into practice as an Attorney of the High Court in 2002. She set up Cherry-Singh in 2013 and provides outstanding leadership to the team with a passionate and committed approach. Her vast and unconventional experience allows her to navigate complex legal areas and achieve exceptional outcomes for clients.
Lynette is also admitted into practice as a Conveyancer, Notary and Solicitor of England and Wales.

Jeanique Naicker
Jeanique is an accomplished Associate at Cherry-Singh Inc Attorneys with extensive experience in civil litigation and dispute resolution. She has established herself as a diligent and astute legal practitioner, recognised for her meticulous approach to litigation strategy, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to achieving favourable outcomes for clients. Martin Ndlovu
Martin Ndlovu serves as a Candidate Attorney, where he is actively developing his professional identity within the field of general commercial litigation. Through his involvement in a broad range of commercial disputes, he continues to refine his analytical thinking, legal research capabilities, and drafting expertise.
Prior to commencing his articles, Martin gained valuable practical experience as a Paralegal at SEDFA. In this role, he was exposed to the operational and procedural dimensions of legal practice, laying a strong foundation for his transition into practice as a Candidate Attorney. This experience strengthened his administrative efficiency, enhanced his legal research skills, and cultivated a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to legal work.
Outside of his professional commitments, Martin is an avid athlete with a particular passion for running. He is also actively engaged in community-oriented initiatives and values opportunities to contribute meaningfully through volunteer work.
Jadian Naicker
Jadian is our Office Manager who joined us in 2015.
He makes sure our business runs smoothly and is essential in ensuring we are organized, efficient and effective at all times. Jadian is responsible for our Finance and IT functions as well as supporting our conveyancing work.
His contribution is invaluable in supporting all members of the team.
Jadian is a father of two and makes every effort to spend time with his family. His faith as a Christian is fundamental to him as he offers his time as a youth leader and an audio-visual operator at his church. He is passionate about giving back to the community by participating in various outreach and volunteering programmes.
